Listing and selling your home

When it comes to selling a property my goal is to take the burden off of you and to make your home selling experience enjoyable. My background is in design and construction and I provides my sellers with a detailed schedule of events from the day you sign your listing to the close of escrow. You are always in the know.

I will manage remodeling and listing preparation projects from start to finish and provide suggestion on how best utilize funds for greatest return.

I have built an in-depth marketing plan that I implements on all listings, producing results that outperform the rest of the market.

I provide a concierge service to my sellers, consisting of complimentary pre-sale inspections, home staging, professional photography & videography, and creates the high quality marketing.  I am a strong negotiator and makes sure that my sellers get the highest price possible as well as the best terms for the sale of their homes.
